1.- If for any reason you need to return your sportbag, you have 5 days after receiving it and/or having made the purchase to process the return. If it was purchased in a physical shop or in the case of having had free shipping, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
1.-Write to us at rideandridesport gmail.com, telling us why you want to return your sportbag.
2.- You must send back the sportbag in optimal conditions, in the packing box and its accessories, in case you have paid the shipping, we will send you by mail a guide to make the return, if you have made free shipping, you must send us the corresponding guide.
3.-When we receive the sportbag and confirm that it is in good condition, we will make the requested change of product or the corresponding refund, confirming it by means of an e mail. Check our sales policies for refunds.
4.- The return/exchange process can take up to 10 days so we appreciate your patience.
